The coaching serve precise and define objectives to deliver tangible results for the coach and the company.<\/p>\n<p>The coach will be anchoring in the present to mobilise the pre-existing ressources and talents \u00a0of the coache (at personal, organisational or contextual level).<\/p>\n<p>The tools brought will be adapted to the specific coach context but coming from 2 universes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cognitive and behavorial coaching tools (Ex Limiting beliefs flexiblisation, DILT etc&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and strategic tools acquired in my career (ex : Situational leadership , High Performing team model, SBI tool etc..)- This tool could be seen as part of mentoring repertoire .
