I have been raised in an humble family, teachers mostly and civil servants. I have been taught the need to be responsible of yourself and fight to climb the social ladder. I also learnt the importance of knowledge and the responsibility which comes with any powerful position. \u00a0This has been a very positive driver in my professional career and I also recognise its singularity as I value so much other&#8217;s richness and point of view .<\/p>\n<p>My big 4 underlying belief \u00a0can be describes as follow:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Courage : take responsibility on things , face and tell the the truth<\/li>\n<li>Diversity : embrace the power of it , leverage collective intelligence<\/li>\n<li>Raising the bar : be a little be better everyday , never complacent<\/li>\n<li>Learnings : learn from failures, be positively curious<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>I do believe in our power to be a little better day after day and grow ourselves . My purpose is to create a better tomorrow for people around me.
