My career

From managing a country to leading a region (800 people +) including factories. I had the chance to enjoy fantastic jobs in my early career in France (Kraft, Bonduelle, Mc Cain and Mars) and then internationally. During my career I get 18 different positions and more than 20 bosses. I worked in true multi cultural environment and experienced the richness of leveraging true diversity in leadership. I enjoyed growing business or setting them up for durable success. Progressively getting more experienced, I realised the most fascinating part of my jobs was leading people . Helping and supporting them to realise their full potential. Developing empathy to better adapt to and understand , developing listening skills and putting reflexion into guiding people . Holding the mirror, questioning, challenging but always with enormous care and with the unique ambition to help people growing and harness their full potential.

My value
My deepest values comes from my personal history and the one of my family. I have been raised in an humble family, teachers mostly and civil servants. I have been taught the need to be responsible of yourself and fight to climb the social ladder. I also learnt the importance of knowledge and the responsibility which comes with any powerful position. This has been a very positive driver in my professional career and I also recognise its singularity as I value so much other’s richness and point of view .
My big 4 underlying belief can be describes as follow:
- Courage : take responsibility on things , face and tell the the truth
- Diversity : embrace the power of it , leverage collective intelligence
- Raising the bar : be a little be better everyday , never complacent
- Learnings : learn from failures, be positively curious
I do believe in our power to be a little better day after day and grow ourselves . My purpose is to create a better tomorrow for people around me. That is why this new step in my professional path to mentor, support and help developing people is so relevant to me.
